Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year

Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a safety role within the transportation industry
- Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, HOS, and CSA regulations
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- Proficiency in ELD systems and transportation management software
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CDS) are a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety programs and policies
- Ensure regulatory compliance (DOT, FMCSA, etc.)
- Oversee driver qualification files and safety training
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze safety data
- Manage ELD compliance and drug/alcohol testing programs
- Conduct audits and liaise with regulatory agencies
