TopicWorkers’ Compensation vs. Personal Injury: Key Distinctions that Every Employer Should Know

Join Young Wooldridge, LLP employment law attorney Jerry Pearson for an interactive discussion on the overlap and distinctions between workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. Attendees will learn what the key differences are between a case litigated in the workers’ compensation system vs. a civil action; if an employer’s action can help determine which venue is proper; and if a workers’ compensation case can lead to the filing of a civil action.
