What is your preferred learning style? EHS Professionals influence, communicate and train. Wouldn’t it be valuable to consider the different adult learning styles of the people we are trying to influence in our audiences and in our organizations? You will leave this session knowing your preferred adult learning style and with a better understanding of how to leverage the learning styles of others.

Speaker Lisa McAlister, Learning Consultant

Lisa is a Learning Consultant with over 9 years of experience in learning, leadership development and coaching.  Coming up through the business, she also spent the other 13 years of her career in field supervision, measurement, materials management and supply chain.  She continues to be in high demand even though she recently (officially) retired from Aera Energy LLC.
