Our client is a well-known Agriculture/Farming Operation with ranches from Bakersfield to Oakdale. They are seeking a Director of EH&S who will be 100% field based and very hands on role at first. Applicants can be located anywhere in the Central Valley; they will be traveling regularly to the company’s ranches that span from the areas of Bakersfield, Firebaugh, and Oakdale.
The Director Of EHS will initially have one direct report, but the client is looking for someone to re-vamp their safety programs and build their internal teams to bring safety in house. 10 years of EHS experience required, a minimum of 5 years of Agriculture industry field-based safety experience. Bilingual highly preferred, not required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, but candidates with relevant experience and certifications will also be considered.
Company vehicle and excellent pay and benefits offered! Salary is $140-200 base DOE.
